By downloading or using SoloDirector, you agree to these terms. They're short and written to be readable.

The app

SoloDirector is provided for you to monitor your own camera on your own computer. The free version is free to use. Pro unlocks additional features for a subscription fee, billed through Stripe and cancelable any time from your account.

What you can do

Use the app to monitor and record your own video on devices you own or control. That's the whole point — there are no per-seat tricks or hidden limits on the free tier's monitoring.

What you can't do

• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the app as your own.
• Reverse-engineer it to circumvent Pro licensing.
• Use it to capture anyone without their consent where that's unlawful.

No warranty

SoloDirector is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or fit every setup. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for lost footage, missed recordings, or other damages arising from use of the app. Always keep your own recording safeguards in place for anything important.

Subscriptions and refunds

Pro is billed via Stripe on the interval you choose. You can cancel from the customer portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. For refund requests, email us.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
